A bunk bed that I can sleep in for my afternoon nap/when I need to think. Or failing that, a hammock.

We have a couch, but it's not very comfortable for more more than a light doze...

that would be a dream come true for me too... I also heard of a company that has a pool for the employees where they can go to brainstorm and relax while working on some hard project :S He who asks will be a fool for five minutes, but he who doesn't ask will remain a fool for life.
