It works for me. Try installing Task::Mechanistic::Firefox. There are loads of dependencies that need to be installed before you install Mechanize.

I installed www::mechanize::firefox through CPAN. Isn't it supposed to handle all dependencies automatically?	[reply]

CPAN does exactly what it is told to do. The authors of the dependencies are supposed to to tell it to install prerequisites: however, they don't always do that, so some dependencies end up in the wind, causing the problems that you are encountering.	[reply]
