<li><p>Invoke <c>perl</c> with a <c>-I</c> command-line option:</p>

perl -IC:/DIR1/DIR2/DIR3 File.pl

<li><p>Add <c>C:/DIR1/DIR2/DIR3</c> to the system environment variable <c>PERL5LIB</c></p></li>
