(A) - A skilled developer may have to put in very little effort to get the job done, but may have to put in a lot of effort to get to important mettings, ect. ( Important mettings,,, is that an oxy moron? ) (B) - On the other hand, some may have to put in a ton of effort writing code, and no effort doing anything else. (C) - What about those who have effortless jobs, they may apply themselves 100%, but have a job that requires 0 effort. Such as a Ice cream taste testor, visual basic developer, or gas station clerk.
