"Right Ascension" sounds HIGHLY PROBABLE; use of radians in OP's problem case seems less so. See www.physics.csbsju.edu/astro/CS/CS.10.html or wikipedia, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_ascension or almost any astro observing primer.
