This is a poorly worded question. Also, your ? key seems to stick. I suspect you are talking about Tk, yet you don't mention it at all. See How do I post a question effectively?.

I'm not trying to be rude, but questions should be as clear as possible, and this one should clearly state how it is a Perl question rather than what appears to be a question of how to put watermarks onto an image.
