What the heck is patch.pl ?!

According to the error messages, it is the actual patch saved as patch.pl. Of course, that can't work (patch).

How do I use what is specified? I have installed the windows sdk and cl and patch are not commands that do anything. Could you specifically tell me how to use the patch?	[reply]

So what happens if you type cl at the prompt? This is what happens on my system.
