      I am able to install Winspy++ on Windows 7 , while running the tool I face some issues.

You've been given numerous responses to this in another thread and you insist on asking again. The only thing you are going to accomplish is annoying the Monks. Please have the Winspy++ support to get some help with this. There is an email addy on this web page for someone who I am sure will guide you on your journey to enlightenment.
