The main Perl Mongers web site is at www.pm.org. If you go there, you can find information about existing Perl Mongers groups and information about starting a new group. If you check out the Group Hosting FAQ, near the bottom of the page is an FAQ on "How do I request a new group or to reactivate a group that has been inactive?". That should get you started in the right direction.

And it should be noted that it takes a while. I requested early last week for a slc-pm group (Salt Lake City), and haven't yet had a response. I trust it will happen eventually, but one can't be too demanding when it's all handled by volunteers who presumably have lives, work, families, etc., to prioritize.
