How To Add Repositories To Perl Package Manager From ActiveState?

jdlev has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I've been looking for a list of repositories or ways to add more repositories to the perl package manager from active state. Right now, the only repository I have is the one from ActiveState. I am using perl on a windows 2003 server system. Thanks for any help :)
