perlaintdead has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I can't find the official docs for the for loop.
first i tried:

perldoc -f for

It said to try perlsys and i typed into the command line to no avail. also google'd and turned up nothing. halp!

      actually that was what i typed. my post had a misspelling

    Those docs actually didn't answer my question. Was looking for putting the block before the flow-construct.
