Simplest solution is CPAN autobundle, but that will install the newest version of each module on the target.

If that's not acceptable, you have to figure out which versions you are running now (see http://neilb.org/reviews/dependencies.html#conclusion), then replicate/deploy it with Carton/cpanfile, Pinto or the like.
