If you'd actually read this thread you'd see spam from a registered account. Again, had you read this thread you'd also have seen Re^2: Assigning unique identifiers within a discussion thread to each distinct anonymous commenter.

You have started many topics (Huffington Post: "Let's Do Away With Anonymous Posting" has links to others) complaining about this, and have yet to make a valid argument.
