As an addition to the post by par22, I have found that some modules such as Devel::ptkdb crash and burn on v5.20.0 as well. I have not pursued this because I simply switched to v5.18.2 via PerlBrew and went on my merry way. I figured that I would add glom on to this post having seen that I am not the only one experiencing the behavior. Sadly, I have not had the time to pursue any research on this, so have nothing much to offer in the way of insight at the moment. ...the majority is always wrong, and always the last to know about it...
