As mentioned already, it would be hard to be more wrong.

Plack is Rack and WSGI remixed and uWSGI supports PSGI and has for a long time at this point. All Perl webframeworks support it and CGI programs/scripts are easy to wrap in it if they’re cleanly scoped.

Nobody likes Perl. Nobody ever liked Perl.

It would be hard to be more wrong here too. I left programming behind in high school because it was a tedious chore and came back 10 years later when I discovered Perl. My love of Perl is the only reason I’m a professional programmer because I sure as hell wouldn’t do this if I had to work with Java. And I’m far from alone. It’s more anecdote on top of my own but Perl has the happiest users; Re: The Programming Language With The Happiest Users.
