PerlMonks is the most open forum I've ever participated in, I agree. And I wouldn't want that to change; certainly not in any autocratic way; and absolutely not in any way that gives me that right. But I do think there is a place for democratic censorship. And if that could be strengthened or extended to deal with this persistent irritation; I think that would be an acceptable trade. With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
