Reviews are a hard thing to get people to do Agreed. That's why my initial suggestion was for a numeric-only rating mechanism -- since shown to be useless -- because if people are motivated to take any action at all, it should be a simply and painless as possible. Of course, the simpler it is, the more easily it is abused -- by bots for example -- and there always appears to be someone with the time on their hands to abuse anything :( With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
