Re: Problem with number of votes (02/11/2016)by kcott (Archbishop) |

G'day marto, I got the same "vote" problem and also noted a "time" problem which may be related. [Note: My current timezone (AEDT) is UTC+11] Yesterday, I used all my votes and logged off about an hour or so before I expected any more votes. No problems were noted at this point. This morning, I first referenced my home node: '...?node=kcott'. I wasn't logged in yet. I have no automatic login set up nor do I store passwords. It showed kcott was last here about 14 hours ago: this looked correct and, unaware of any problems, I didn't note the exact date, time or any other information. I then logged in. This was successful, inasmuch as my home node looked normal in terms of content, CSS, etc.; however, instead of seeing the expected "last here ~14 hours ago", it showed "last here 0 seconds ago". I still have no votes available. I subsequently checked "Timezone Settings" and cookies: nothing unusual here. [In case it matters, I used 'http://www.perlmonks.org/' exclusively.] — Ken
