Well those permissions look fine. Have you tried running the script directly from the command line, or is it being invoked by apache?

Yes, it runs fine from the command line. According to Windows task manager the username it's running under is "user", which is me. ps seems to tell a different story: `$ ps -Wa \| grep Apache PID PPID PGID WINPID TTY UID STIME COMMAND 3748 0 0 3748 ? 0 07:22:19 C:\usr\local\apache\Apache\ +Apache.exe` [download] Thanks again for your help	[reply] [d/l]
