RE: Rudimentary Node2Email

A couple things I'd like to see in this:

• The ability to set a from address (currently appears as [e-mail])
• The ability to include an href to the node, so the recipient can easily go directly to the node on perlmonks.org to see future discussion, etc.

Looks great so far.

Perhaps have the "From" set to the email address of the user (as long as they are logged in, of course) and default to "[e-mail]" (or whatever) for AMs.
