Tk::Zinc works with Tk.pm which is based on Tcl/Tk8.4.5

If you want the looks of http://tktable.sourceforge.net/tile/ or Tk8.5 and up install Tcl::pTk

A quick google suggests that _Mastering Perl/Tk_ is the book that might be a start on what you're looking for...
