Your first step would be to explain what a "MUA" is...

As far as I understand it
MUA - Mail User Agent (such as pine, mail etc)
MTA - Mail Transport Agent (such as sentmail)
In reply to the original post, I haven't got a great deal of time at the moment but I would be happy to go through your code and offer my (limited) knowledge where I can.

MUA - Mail User Agent Geesh, I read the Sendmail book and finally say things in there correct manner and it creates confusion. Okay, so I am one of few who actually read the book. Quite boring too I might add. I am currently working on the routine to parse a Unix mailbox interactively, via the keyboard. I will probably be using the ReadKey module and/or the Curses module to get things rolling. I will also be using the MailTools module to read headers and such. I am sure I will have questions and need help so I will post when the time comes. If anyone has other ideas on how to build an interactive menu to read Unix mailboxes please respond.

I wondered that too. Eventually figured it out: Mail User Agent. I could be wrong, but it makes sense nonetheless.
