I don't understand why people are against childish behavior. When do you learn the most in your life? When you are a child. Childish behavior is exploratory in nature. Sure childish behavior in social situations is not a good thing (you should know the rules about that by now and shouldn't have to actually throw that banana at your cow-orker to know what will happen). But, in situations where you don't know the rules yet, childish behavior is the smartest approach. One of the first things we learn to do is to play, and through playing we learn more about how things work. More adults should play.
