It just occured to me that you ment
"Everything" as in the
"Everything Development
Engine" that powers perlmonks, not "everything" as
in some really bizare question that made no sense to me.
Let me revise my answer to #4 and say: "I have no idea,
but you might want to try the link at the bottom of every
