Hey, a really nice plaque there and pretty good words. Just a few things to add to the last paragraph:

Such actions as taunting of other Monks, aggression in posts, belligerent intimidation, intentional disrespect, excessive mentioning of the XP system or other self-aggrandizing inconsirderate behavior are contrary to the Spirit of the Monastery and must be avoided by all Monks.
