Perhaps if he had kindly pointed out how these practices are not constructive and addressed problems inherent in CPAN, it may have been worth an upvote.
Well, I guess Juerd was hardly kind, but I felt that he explained what was wrong with the gentlemans code and practices. Actually I sort of wonder if we read the same node...
