Frequency - frequent intermittant
Severity  - minor inconvenience

Many times when I add an entry to my personal nodelets,
a blank entry will also appear above the intended entry.

This makes me use "Change your user settings" to delete
the blank entry before I can add a 10th entry.

It's only an issue because I use personal nodelets to mark
posts worth ++, after I've already used the days votes (so I can return the next day to vote ++).
