CowboyNeal is my barber! Actually, it's Joe, the barber who's had a shop on the west end of Elm for years and years and years. It's everything you want in a barbershop: Good prices, lotta guys talking about guy things, golf magazines (he just started getting Maxim, too), and a good haircut, including a razor up the back of your neck if that's what you want, too.
