in reply to Perl Monks Tutorials -> Perl distribution?

I think adding reference to useful information in perl distribution is enough.

Perl distribution is already very large.
Besides, people who compile perl to get binaries usually are knowledgable enough and do not need such tutorials.
(this especially applicable to Windows users, where ordinary users do not even have C compiler installed)

But I think it would be lovely to add tutorials into and web sites.
Also I think binary distributions should also have tutorials.
