You might be interested in my work-in-progress module Mail::Outlook that is available from the Birmingham Perl Mongers modules page. The version there is now the current version, as I've been tidying up code quite a bit recently, but it should give you plenty to go on. If you have any specific requirements that aren't covered with this module, please let me know. I hope to have it ready to upload to CPAN soon. link update: Current version uploaded.
