Hi All
Like you Monks, I am also benefited a lot with Perl and so employer. Recently I read the post http://blogs.perl.org/users/dan_wright/2014/07/p5cmf-needs-some-love.html in the perl weekly news letter.
I want to talk to my employer / company to see the posibility of donating to perl foundation through corporate funding. I understand that my employer needs to have invoice to spend any money. I am aware of the online donation http://www.perlfoundation.org/want_to_help but this seems to be for the individuals to donate.
Do you monks know, How other corporates donates to perl foundation? What are all the possibilities to officially donate to foundation for non US companies (We are Europian based company).
Is there any one in the foundation can clarify donation realated qustions?
Once I know the details, I will push my employer to make some donation to foundation.
Thank you.
Update: Thanks for the details. I am getting in touch with TPF treasurer.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
