It would be very handy for the Newest Nodes page to display an extra column giving the approval status, one of: (Unapproved|Approved|Frontpage|Reaped), and an extra marker if considered.
My first thoughts were to make this available to Friars and above, as an aid to the moderation process. But then I realised that this would also be useful to newbies, as it would help them understand the censorshipapproval system, and cut down the volume of inappropriate and rubbish postings to this forum.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
