Other - mainly, use my vacation time on real vacations instead of taking all of December and half of November off cuz it's "use it or lose it" and spending the time sitting on my ass coding and playing games. "Nothing is sure but death and taxes" I say combine the two and its death to all taxes!

horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
