But there is sometimes and issue between that and terms of a contract. Espeically when working for $gov_agency. Some kind of "Book O' Coding Goodness" that I can pull off a shelf while I'm employed there.

tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
