Pretty good idea, to use CCC. The abreviation of the famous german hackers mothership, Chaos Computer Club . Well, like many hackers of the dark ages, even this club became a serious, non-criminal organization with a good reputation in our days. (grin)

Is piracy a crime (I ask while I am listening to a CCC mp3 cd)?
Yes, piracy is a major crime. Since most countries signed the diverse treaties on the Law of the Sea , you maybe safe in Norh Corea, but not in many more countries. Better you do not asked here, but the United Nations "Law of the Sea Commission". I am assuming you got this CD by piracy in international water . In domestic water and your bathtub, the law may be different.
