What they need to have is a filter smart enough to know when something is being listed as "a plus" vs. part of the daily job.
Or, not even a filter, but change their forms so they can catch what is a keyword vs. what is essential right off the bat.
I'll add that to my "What Job Boards should change" list ;-)
