Your "wishes" appear to be merely a laundry list of complaints lobbed in the general direction of the Perl 6 development process. If you think that is what autrijus was inviting with his Meditation, then you are seriously misinterpreting his post. As mugwumpjism says, the appropriate thing would be to start a new thread about this, not shoehorn your grievances into the form of a wish and hope nobody notices.
