I was wondering why this site isn't advertised more.
Probably because it's not really associated with PerlMonks. That site, or any application hosted on it, could change or go away at any time and there's nothing we PerlMonks could do about it. In fact just such a catastrophe already happened to perlmonk.org, another site similar to tinymicros.com.
(It's back up, but it will never be the same.)
