I know the maintainer of BIND::Config::Parser - he's a reasonable chap and is happy to receive bug reports and/or patches. I suggest you drop him an email.

If the information in this post is inaccurate, or just plain wrong, don't just downvote - please post explaining what's wrong.
That way everyone learns.
