Google says that Diego has some code dealing with PerlMonks. PerlMonksChat.pm is in there, although its marked as being in the old version of the scripts.

And SuperSearch reveals PerlMonks modules 2.0

I downloaded the Win32Gui module but I don't found, on the ppm archive, the PerlMonksChat ..
