The only reason I use CAM is because I can't get the goddamn commercial software to do exactly what I want it to.	[reply]

Try xpdf: http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/ (GPL) Converts pdf to i.e. text/html/xml and seems to handle font subsets well.	[reply]
