Here's a pretty straightforward JAPH I just composed out of boredom.

print pack"C*",map 2*("p"le$_&&$_ cmp"q")-$#++ord,eval{$SIG{__WARN__}= +sub{die@_};open my$f,"<:x)",$^W++}||(lc$@)=~m, (.)(.)(.)(.),,0

Update: Finally got ridden of the -4 !

    unfortunately doesn't run for me in linux. Think I know what it should say but not.

    s&&VALKYRIE &&& print $_^q|!4 =+;' *|

    Doesn't work for me either all I get on Windows is
     japh,
      I would be interested to know why this post has become a contender for “Worst Node of the Day”?
      Perhaps I should have sent a private message to ProfVince regarding the non functioning of the japh in Windows, but I chose to post instead, that way other users would be aware of the issues in Windows as also pointed out by wulvrine running Linux.
      Then it does what it's supposed to do. As you cleverly designed by "doesn't work", it doesn't produce the whole sentence, but I think it wasn't too hard to imagine that the output "japh," wasn't possibly random.
        Am I alone in being totally underwhelmed then?
