Zrajm C Akfohg is perhaps most famous for his involvement in the Klingon language. He founded "Klingonska Akademien" in 1999 (web page at http://klingonska.org/).
He is of the opinion that, while Perl could definately be better, it is one of the nicest programming languages around when it comes to writing small programs with grand purposes. :)
