CPAN Avatars

Sixtease has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello all,

I see that some people on CPAN have avatars. I couldn't find anywhere how to post one when I want to have one myself. How is this done?

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, I didn't know where else to ask.

use strict; use warnings; print "Just Another Perl Hacker\n";

Replies are listed 'Best First'.

    CPAN is using the Gravatar service. To have your icon on your CPAN user page, register with Gravatar using your @cpan.org email address. CPAN caches the icons so it may take a few minutes for your new icon to show up.
