After getting some good feedback from folks at YAPC, I have uploaded CGI::Application::Plugin::CHI to CPAN. This is a 0.01 release and not expected to be feature-complete, so if you have ideas for features or complaints, let me know.

The module is a simple wrapper around CHI, which aims to be a universal caching interface to eventually replace Cache::Cache, and provides a few simple convenience methods for your CGI::Application-based webapp.

Update: BTW, also in the spirit of YAPC, I'm hosting this module at Google Code, and will happily give away commit bits like candy.
