Moderators needed for perl beginners list

Hello fellow monks,

As I'm sure many of you are aware, there is a perl beginners mailing list that seeks to help new perl users just as the Monastery does. However mailing lists lack the moderation mechanisms of perlmonks, so the task falls to dedicated humans who take up the task.

The moderation rules are published, but the folks formerly filling the moderator roles don't have the time to actively moderate any more.

So we're looking for some calm, reasonable folks to step up and fill the moderator shoes. The monastery seems like a good place to look for such people. If you're interested, drop me an email at cbrandt at perlfoundation dot org.

Thanks.
