I am an Ideotrope: a person drawn to and consumed by ideas.
I work for the Caltech Geology and Planetary Science Department, studying Mars. Someday, I'd like to go there, but for the time being, I'm content to read about it
I like The Economist, and, strangely enough, Adbusters as well.
I want to create a Co-Housing Community, and hope to use Everything to help coordinate the effort and ideas behind it.
I like to copy CDs, and then pay the artists, even though I don't have to.
I am a consumate bicyclist, and only got my driver's license at the age of 25.
I am of course a lover of Linux, and all free software, especially public key encryption. And (unsuprisingly) I get a lot of my news from Slashdot
I like to take digital photographs too.
Finally, in Huxley's words: This problem, unsolved, will render all others unsolveable.

[ambrus]: so one got a stupid suffix in the email account (people have email address based on their real name here usually).
