Hi,

Not using a RE like you asked, but you can try something like:

use strict; use Tie::File; my $file = shift; tie my @array, 'Tie::File', $file or die "can't open $file...\n"; unshift @array => '<pre>'; push @array => '</pre>'; untie @array;
