Okay, I'll be a good monk, and shove aside my irony for a while and give you some useful hints. You'll need these skills and/or programs and/or hardware/services to do what you want:
- Hosting: You need a computer with a good internet connection to host your game
- Apache: webserver, needs to be setup correctly
- CGI: the skill
- Perl: interpreter, and skill
- Database: e.g. MySQL - server and skill
- HTML: skill
Obviously, this is not a task for the faint-hearted.
