I found Moose's own documentation was all I needed. Moose::Cookbook should get you started, and there's Moose::Manual when you want to know more.

Update:

Leon Brocard (Acme) has organised a printed version of the Moose manual. There are more details in his Use Perl journal.

I couldn't find the link, or remember who wrote it, when I originally posted this node.
